Fittable user data deletion

This page serves as Fittable LLC's user data deletion instructions URL for Meta. It explains how to request deletion of personal data that Fittable processes in connection with the Fittable iPhone app, Facebook Login, and other Meta-connected features that may link to your Fittable account.

Primary Method Request deletion while signed in Open Fittable on iPhone, go to Account Settings, and submit the in-app deletion request while logged into the account you want deleted. 1. Primary authenticated deletion workflow

The primary deletion workflow is to request deletion while you are signed into the Fittable account that you want deleted. This allows Fittable to validate the request against the authenticated account before it is queued for review and deletion processing.

  1. Sign in to the Fittable iPhone app.
  2. Open Account Settings.
  3. Tap Request account deletion.
  4. Fittable records the request against the signed-in account and returns a reference code for follow-up.

This authenticated in-app flow is the preferred path for deletion requests tied to Facebook Login or other Meta-connected account data.

2. Lockout or account-access fallback

If you cannot access the account you want deleted, email contact@fittable.ai and include:

  • Your full name.
  • The email address and, if applicable, phone number associated with your Fittable account.
  • A statement that you want your Fittable account data and Meta-connected data deleted.
  • If you used Facebook Login or another Meta-connected flow, identify that in your message.
  • If available, any information that helps us locate your record faster, such as your Facebook app-scoped user ID, your Facebook-linked email address, or screenshots showing the connected account.

If Meta sends us a deletion-related request through its own platform tools, we will use the identifiers included in that request to locate the associated Fittable account and process it in accordance with applicable law and our internal procedures.

3. Recommended Meta-side step

If you signed into Fittable with Facebook Login or connected a Meta account, you should also remove Fittable from your Facebook account under Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites. This stops future Meta data sharing, but it does not by itself guarantee deletion of data already stored in Fittable. You still need to send the deletion request to Fittable if you want us to delete data we control.

4. What Fittable will review for deletion

Subject to verification and applicable law, we will review and, where appropriate, delete or de-identify personal data reasonably linked to your account that Fittable controls, including:

  • Fittable account profile data and linked login identifiers.
  • Meta-derived identifiers or profile fields we stored in connection with Facebook Login or other Meta-connected features.
  • In-app records associated with your account, such as profile, settings, social/profile linkage, and other user-generated account data stored in Fittable systems.
  • Connected-service linkage records maintained by Fittable that are tied to the account being deleted.

5. What may be retained

We may deny or limit deletion, or retain certain information, where permitted or required by law, contract, or legitimate operational need. Examples can include:

  • Records needed for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or incident response.
  • Records required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, audit, or regulatory obligations.
  • Subscription, transaction, or payment-related metadata that we are required to keep.
  • Backup-system copies that are retained for a limited cycle before overwrite or deletion.
  • Aggregated or de-identified information that no longer reasonably identifies you.

6. Verification and timing

To protect user accounts, we may need to verify your identity before acting on a deletion request. We generally aim to acknowledge valid requests within 10 business days and complete or otherwise respond to them within 30 days where reasonably feasible, subject to verification, technical constraints, and any lawful retention basis.

7. Important note about in-app account deletion

Some versions of the Fittable app may display an in-app account deletion control. Behavior can vary by app version. The preferred path for Meta-related data deletion is the authenticated deletion request submitted while signed into the account, with the email address on this page available only when account access is not available.
