Connect Strava, match the right day, and use completed workouts inside Fittable.

Fittable uses Strava for completed-session imports and same-day workout matching inside Training. It is not the live workout timer. The steps below match the current client-facing platform labels and actions.

Connect in Data Sync

Use the Compatible with Strava card to connect, reconnect, or disconnect your account.

Match the selected day

Training checks same-day Strava activities against the currently selected calendar date.

Use Use In Fittable

Sync a matched Strava activity into the selected Fittable day when you want the completed workout reflected in-platform.

Edit or log when write access is available

Use View / Edit, Save Changes, or Log Strava Workout when the connection includes write scope.

Exact Flow

How to connect and use Strava in Fittable

These steps are based on the current athlete UI in the client-facing platform, including the live button text shown in Data Sync and Training.

1. Connect

Connect or reconnect your account

  1. Open the app menu, then under Account & Support tap Data Sync.
  2. Find the Compatible with Strava card and tap Connect account.
  3. Finish the Strava authorization flow and return to Fittable.
  4. When the connection is active, the card status changes to Connected.
  5. Use Reconnect if permissions changed or Disconnect to remove the current athlete link.
2. Match The Day

Pull the right activity into Training

  1. Open Training and select the correct calendar day.
  2. If the Strava card says Connect Strava or Reconnect Strava, tap that button first.
  3. Fittable checks same-day Strava activities for the selected date and shows the primary workout in the training view.
  4. Tap Use In Fittable to sync that completed Strava workout into the selected Fittable day.
3. Edit Or Log

Use Strava actions from inside Fittable

  1. If no workout is found and write access is available, tap Log Strava Workout.
  2. To review or update a matched activity, tap View / Edit.
  3. Use Save Changes to update supported Strava fields from the Fittable bottom sheet.
  4. Use Open In Strava whenever you want to verify the original activity on the Strava side.
Troubleshooting

What to do when something does not line up

These are the most common athlete-side issues based on the current Strava states surfaced in Fittable.

No Workout Found

No Strava workout appears for the selected day

Make sure the correct date is selected in Training and the activity is already completed in Strava. If the activity still does not appear, reconnect to refresh permissions. When write access is available, you can also use Log Strava Workout.

Reconnect Needed

Fittable asks you to reconnect

If Fittable says Reconnect Strava, the current link is missing the permission needed for that action. Reconnect and approve the requested access again so workout matching, editing, or logging can continue.

Authorization

The connection was canceled or did not finish

Start again from Data Sync or from the Strava card on Training. Complete the Strava approval flow and return to Fittable. If the issue repeats, send support the exact date and a screenshot of the message you received.
